1. Subscriptions

Flowkon operates on a subscription based billing model.

A 7-day free trial is available only for first-time subscriptions per user account. Any additional subscriptions under the same account will be billed immediately upon activation.
Subscription fees are charged at the time of purchase and will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
Billing cycles (e.g., monthly) remain consistent with your original subscription date.
Adding or removing seats during an active subscription will result in prorated charges, applied to your next invoice.
If you cancel your subscription without deleting your account, you may resume it later under the same conditions, with your data retained.

A valid payment method must be provided and maintained. Failure to process payment may result in suspension or termination of your subscription.

2. Pricing Changes

Flowkon reserves the right to modify subscription fees at any time.

Users will be notified in advance of any pricing changes.
You may choose to continue using the Service at the updated price or cancel your subscription.
Expired discounts or promotional pricing may not be accompanied by prior notice.

3. Refund Policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

4. User Accounts

To use Flowkon, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Sharing your account or password with others is prohibited and may result in account suspension.
You must notify Flowkon immediately in case of unauthorized access or security breaches.
Each Flowkon account is intended for use with a single user profile (e.g., one connected account per subscription, where applicable).

You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to hack, disrupt, or damage the platform or other users.

Flowkon may integrate with or interact with third-party platforms.

Flowkon is not affiliated with or endorsed by any third-party platform unless explicitly stated.
We are not responsible for the policies, actions, or changes made by third-party services.
You are solely responsible for how you use Flowkon in connection with such platforms.
Flowkon is not liable for account restrictions, suspensions, or bans resulting from your activities.

6. Service Availability & Disclaimer

Flowkon is offered in its current form and subject to availability.

While we strive for reliability and security, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Temporary downtime may occur due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen issues.
We will attempt to notify users of scheduled maintenance whenever possible. Your use of Flowkon is at your own risk.

7. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Flowkon reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

You violate these Terms
Payment fails or is not completed
There is suspected misuse or fraudulent activity

Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any previously paid fees.

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Flowkon operates, unless otherwise required by law.

Flowkon may update or modify these Terms at any time.

Users will be notified of significant changes.
Continued use of the Service after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the Service.
