Frequently Asked Questions
What is ICP matching in Flowkon?
ICP matching checks each lead against your ideal customer profile before your campaign reaches out. Flowkon looks at the lead's profile, scores how well they fit, and sorts them into best fit, medium fit or low fit.
Where does ICP matching go in a campaign?
Add it right after the View Profile step. Once Flowkon has viewed a lead's profile, the ICP check runs before any connection request or message is sent.
What does ICP matching look at?
It checks the lead's industry and role, and whether what you sell is a fit for that buyer persona. Leads who match your target profile score higher than those who don't.
What do best fit, medium fit and low fit mean?
Best fit leads closely match your ideal customer profile. Medium fit leads match in some ways but not all. Low fit leads are a weak match and are unlikely to be worth your outreach.
Which leads should I add to my campaign?
We recommend adding best fit and medium fit leads to your campaign. Low fit leads can be left out, so your outreach goes to prospects worth contacting.
Does ICP matching remove competitors?
Yes. Competitors are removed, so you don't spend connection requests or messages on companies that sell what you sell.
How does ICP matching save time?
Instead of checking profiles by hand or contacting everyone on a list, you let Flowkon qualify leads first. Your outreach goes to the prospects who fit, and you spend less time on leads that are unlikely to be a good match.
